Either way, that really would make it a ton easier to obtain said badge... but it is specifically for Overseers, so I don't see that happening (HA, a pun). But, it could be justified by changing the badge wording a bit since all the Rulu-Shin have multiple eyeballs on them... Maybe make the badge requirement to kill 100 of any combo of Rulu-Shin or Eyeball enemies (Minions, Lts. or Bosses).
