It doesn't make sense to me that you can't have horns and sunglasses.

I use some of those options together with colored ears to make different looking head details, so I wouldn't really appreciate this. Just make it so head details are split into different sections. I still don't know why you can't wear a clown collar with a beard.

Receivers and ear pieces belong with ears. Head Wings should not be in ears.
glasses/goggles should have their own seperate catagory.
