StJ/Regen

I've never made a Regen toon before and thought it might be a fun combo with Street Justice. I threw this together fairly quickly on a friend's computer since I don't have access to mids on mine (mac user). Am I on the right track?

I'm not a numbers guy but are you mainly going for defense bonuses with the IOs?

I have a lvl 24 StJ/Regen Brute that I'm liking so far; I've been told (heard) that going rchg and +hp/regen is the best way to go (since regen doesn't have any defense debuff resistance) and since rchg really effects the Regen set as a whole (perma Dull Pain, get all the heals up faster/etc).

I was trying to get around 32-33% s/l defense so I have a little buffer from damage and after that I was trying to pile on recharge, regen and +hp.

Though I haven't gotten a chance to go through the entire build, one small thing stood out to me.

I think you could gain a small endurance increase (like 3% or so) from moving the extra slots from Stamina into Quick Recovery?

Yes, as QR is in your secondary, and not an inherant like Stamina, you would gain more recovery from QR.

Kinda, yeah. I mean, it's not SPECIFICALLY why it gives you more. QR will benefit from the slotting more because it gives 30 percent recovery vs. 25 percent in Stamina. It is often true that powers in a primary/secondary have bigger/better numbers, aye.
