This is the current build im running on my ice/ss tank, and i do pretty well, but i want it to be better for TFs and iTrials. so, let me know what i can do to fix it pleaseeee!

When you hibernate, you have a 2 minute no phase period, which is what Hibernate does to you, it phases you. Having Hibernate recharge in less than 2 minutes helps with nothing unless you are under extreme -rechg conditions, something you are highly resistant to. A rechg from Hibernate could go to Burnout although I don't see much importance of Burnout.

Unlike many you have gone for a little more end rec and fire res with Gift of the Ancient instead of filling out on Luck of the Gamblers, the bonuses of LotGs act versus all damage types so whilst you've acquired greater res to fire you could of had greater average damage sustainability versus all.

Hurl could be split 3/3 with thunderstrikes adding to your energy/neg def. Slots from CE could be better placed in your taunt for better S/L def.

I have to agree with New Dawn about Burnout. The only thing I could see is getting Hoarfrost back ASAP or a double EA at the start of a fight.

Double travel powers aren't really useful, unless this is a PvP build, though I'm assuming that is not the case.

If you want your Icer to be good for Trials and TFs you'll want to look at the following:

- softcapping S/L/E/N without using EA or, at the very least, with 1 target hit by EA

- get more HP. Your posted build, with all the passive +hp accolades, has enough to hardcarp HP with Hoarfrost, so that's good. More is always better so you don't have to rely on Hoarfrost for that.

- 240% regen, which is 1% hp/sec, at the least. More is better, but 1% is easy to get and is a good buffer to heal minor to moderate damage and while Hoarfrost is down.

- Recharge. Shoot for making Hoarfrost perma, but more is better. Getting EA up sooner to sap mobs/stack defense and your attacks up sooner is a plus.

- Slotting EA well. This requires a balance of rech/def/endmod and a dash of endredux. Reasons for def/rech are obvious but the endmod/endredux is for fighting single targets like AVs. EA costs 13end and gives you 15% (15end for 100 total end) per target. That's only 2end at base values. Boosting endmod while reducing endredux will increase you net endurance return.
