Going Rogue Preorder Enhancements

After CoH Freedom started, I created a new toon and claimed all my character-specific email items to that character, not realizing that character-specific meant...well...character-specific. (Duh.)

Some of the items I claimed were the Going Rogue Preorder Enhancements, which I did not even know about before now. I slotted all 5 enhancements to that toon I created, so he's good to go.

Question: Will those 5 enhancements appear for any new character I create from now on, or will those enhancements only exist for that character until they are destroyed or sold or otherwise gotten rid of in some way? I'm hoping I didn't burn through those enhancements for good already.

Those preorder enhancements automatically appear on every character, you don't manually claim them (well, they appear after leveling or doing something normal in game, not sure the exact trigger... I've gotten them on both new characters, and old ones, but not exactly sure the trigger, other than it happens fairly soon after I log 'em on).

They will appear on any level 1 character you log into. They are not able to be traded. For existing characters if you make a second build you -might- get them.

The enhancement values will remain the same from levels 1-50. However their bonus damage stops at level 20.

There are two different "X Item" types and they work differently. The OP seems to be conflating the two because they mention Character Items and refer to Account Items.

Account Items can be claimed once by every character on an account.

Character Items can be claimed once by one character, period.
