Let's say your billing date is October 5.
1. Sever Transfers are awarded on the first of the month. (i.e. October 1)
2. Paragon Points are awarded on your billing date (i.e. October 5) - however, Freedom launch was frontloaded with extra PP, so if your account was active during launch, you got extra PP. Therefore, if your billing date is before October 11 (according to a GM), you won't get your PP until October 11
3. Paragon Reward Tokens are awarded at the *END* of your billing month (i.e. November 4)
Yes, this means that anyone whose billing date is October 1 through October 10, you won't get your PP until October 11.
Yes, that means the rewards are all on a different award date. Yes, that is kind of dumb.

read this post here about VIP rewards
they had a billing day on the 1st and got an answer back from support about what they are doing with the rewards
as for your first point, if your a premium and log into a server, all those toons will be locked but other servers nothing will happen since it hasnt had to search those servers for toons, so if justice was the only server you logged in as a premium then thats the only server you *should* have to unlock stuff (disclaimer this information was secondhand from a different thread and if its not how it works then i dont know if what your experiencing is a bug or otherwise)

Thank you. That answers pretty much all of my questions at the moment about VIP rewards. It's too bad there isn't an announcement outlining this information. Thanks again, now if only I could develop some simple memory technique to remember each award schedule.
Note that in the quote, I missed removing a phrase so that #2 has conflicting information. Ignore the "you'll get it on your next billing date" phrase, which was part of a different way of wording it prior to cleaning up my text.

OK my account dropped to premium yesterday and I can't re-up till Thursday when I get paid.
1. When I signed in I was given 6 server slots for freedom and freedom only. I was not able to open any other characters on other servers even though supposedly we are allowed to allocate 2 to any server of our choice, at least I was under that impression.
2.I was awarded a paragon reward token my last day of VIP status(yesterday)but not a server transfer or 400 paragon points. Something defiantly seems off not sure what.
That's it for now and I'm going vip again come Thursday but though it was worth pointing these out.
