Check the inactive contact tab on your contact list. You may have outleveled his missions already by level 8.
If that isthe case, other than twin's story arcs is there much else to do in atlas or should i head to kings row?
i would head to kings row tille around lvl 10 then head to steel canyon since you get a lot opened to you there as well as positron tf part 1
And don't forget the Hollows. Plenty to do there as well (and a real blast on a team for the Flux arc)

Also, there is a setting in your Options to disable earning XP if you ever want to slow down and enjoy the scenery some.

As to your original question, I typically hit Kings row around level 5. But I admit I haven't played through all of the new Atlas park stuff yet. Looking forward to the chance soon.

hello, I recently became a VIP member, and i started doing the new atlas content, which I add is pretty fun. I beat the very first contact and he opened two more up to me...i selected one and hes nowere on the map or my contact list. Now im level 8, so i gotta visit the detective, after I do that will the contact re-unlock itself or is this a more annoying bug?
