FUN FACT: That burst of light when you level up is actually the effectiveness escaping from your enhancements all at once.
On the upside, it meant that when my friend saw my Bots MM and asked WTH?? I was able to reply with;
Oh, Masterminds, yeah they're an advanced class.

Well, I wound up killing Azure Watcher in my shortstory...so I would have felt wrong if I still played him. He, Crimson Counterblow and Warrior of Faith were all taken out by the Ultarian Invasion Fleet. The Ultarians are a race that have a single collective mind (think Borg Mind). Talkarat belongs to the Ultarians but he was freed from the Collective and is now an individual. Since the Ultarian Invasion poses a threat on his own freedom, he is helping both heroes and villains in stopping the Invasion. I'm working on an AE Story Arc which will cover it all.
For new content I'd say hit up first ward. If you're in the 20-29 range you can just go there, otherwise the arcs are in Ouro in the 25-29 range. It starts a little slow, but once it gets going it's outstanding stuff and very cool.

So, I'm playing Rider Beta in the Twinshot missions. Flambeaux is now officially the most annoying Hero NPC I've met. ._.
After roughly a year of being gone from City of Heroes, or longer...can't remember, left a week or so after Going Rogue went live, I've returned. I left due to money issues, which have been dealt with. For awhile I was playing on Champions Online. Enjoyed it, but it got old fast. Decided to come back to City of Heroes and noticed my Mastermind was locked (if anyone can explain why that happened, I'd love to hear it). Was glad to see that my Arachnos Soldier was still available though, that made me happy. Anyway, upgraded to VIP when I noticed it included the Going Rogue content as well as the regular content, also I wanted my Mastermind back.
Anyway, my characters are:
Rider Beta (lvl 3 Tank) A remake of Rider 00.
Darkenedmoon (lvl 3 Warshade) My first Hero Epic.
Nathaniel Rapture (lvl 5 Arachnos Soldier) I like this class. XD
Talkarat (lvl 20 Mastermind) The only one of my original characters I didn't delete.
I'm looking to experience some of the new content.
