Just did one today and completed in 15 mins. I usually see ITF advertised in the global channels like RF2009 and Tfsmissionraids. I am assuming that the ITF is not yet complete and that your team can log back in to continue. As for debuff, a poor man's version is the temp power Envenomed dagger. If it's possible and you have Van merits, go to RWZ and buy a HVAS. Good luck!
Nope. When things looked their worst, people started to drop. Eventually, it was just me, so I ended it.
I'll look into HVAS, but I don't have a lot of Vanguard Merits (having spent most of them before we got all of the free stuff).

i usually run ITFs on my mind/fire dom since hes able to solo it if absolutely necessary, if im running with poeple i know i usually pick whatever toon i feel like running at the time lol
I've had the same situation on a PUG ITF long ago. Unless you've got some people you know, generally the only PUG ITFs that you'll find that know what they're doing are doing speed runs, which I'd only do it I needed the broadsword.
I rarely see any teams for Imperious (more my fault than anyone else's, probably), but I got invited to one tonight. Everything was going great until Romulus (Nictus). We couldn't get him separated from the Nictus for anything. We couldn't do enough damage to counter the heals, and we had little to no debuffs up.
