Well from my experience Pillars is easily among the top ten sg's champion has had, and of those still going from 2004 it's a top five.
If you get an invitation from them you'd be silly not to join.
Good to see some of the old school SG's are still around, theres not many of us left thats for sure. Good luck on this to all of the PoM, Definately one of the great sgs ever on Champ.

Well color me interested
I've been playing on Freedom/Virtue since I began, still gonna play there because half the time I'm teaming with the Repeat Offenders, but... On other teams there, things are getting a bit unpersonalized for my tastes. People form TFs, disband, nobody cares because there's a ton of other people.
So I'm trying to make Champion my home server for teaming outside of RO (luv them, but I want to make new friends). The problem is that I wasn't able to form a Posi thrice on a friday night, so I really need a SG

But I promise one that our team is DEFINITELY not impersonal. We do our best to involve all members and make every member feel like a important part of the team.

As for teams I can team anytime I want on Freem/Virt (and a bit on Exalted) because RO always has teams going, but I'm looking to be in server where people know each other. Maybe it was just bad luck since I only have a lvl 20 PB and a lvl 25 broot in Champs, I saw Trials announced in the channels, but most of you guys probably have a lot of 50s there like I do on Freedom (only got one on Virtue but I mostly go there when RO is teaming).
Btw I couldn't find your global channel in search ('Pillars' got me only one result, pillars of something else, some Virtue channel) , since I don't play everyday it might be hard to find one of you online.
Shoot me or the other 2 people listed in the original post a global friend invite and we'll hook up with you soon.

Ok. I admit the title of this thread was to bring you in - but there is a ring of truth to it.
The Pillars of Might, with the launch of City of Heroes: Freedom, are commencing a new recruitment phase. We are a team of 7 year veterans who have formed great friendships and have played together over a number of different games. Now, we are opening our doors for new players to join our family.
We're not looking to pad our numbers. We are already self-sufficient, with a fully functional base, excellent Allies, an active website with a talkative forum, active group projects, and a great player base. We also realize that at this point in the life of the game, some folks may have put a lot of time and effort into other groups or personal groups, and we have no interest in pulling you away.
We're just looking for new players to join us on missions, taskforces, trails, etc, and we think the best way to facilitate this is to find our team members using our Global Channel.
Whether you are a existing player with your own personal Super Group, or if your current Super Group is not as active as it once was, we welcome you to join us and hang out.
