WoC's bubble is much smaller than that.
I agree with the others that it's most likely Distortion Field.

Can't get on my other account cause it's now listed as not VIP, so I'm on this one.
Here's Distortion Field.
It's definitely not that. That's as dark as distortion field can get, and at lacks the giant black aura around it. Distortion Field also has a vertical and a horizontal portal graphical effect, which this lacks. This is something else altogether.
