Defiant screwed?

Everyone seems to have been knocked back to f2p!

What's going on?

noticed there were a few people on the Defiant chat channels were able to talk. I couldn't, however, and when I checked my paragon rewards, I was at 0... not even tier 1

Got 2 accounts and both have been knocked back to F2P status and all rewards have been removed.
