Please tweak my PB human build

So I'm trying PBs for the third time, liking her so far.

But since I don't know how attached I will be to the toon I'm trying to keep the build cost not very high.

I managed satisfactory def values, I don't care that light form is not capped to all (it' at 82% lethal, 85% to most and 83% to some) but it's not perma, only when Hasten is up, so I need a little bit of recharge here.

Can you guys please help me? Also, I'm a big fan of the leadership pool so if it's possible I'd like to keep it.

And btw, is Quantum Acceleration worth it instead of the Phase power? I have the Rocket Board so I'm not sure it's worth it.

Any feedback please? Not that I'm in a hurry but I'm having a lot of fun with her... The problem is trying to make Champion my new home server and not being able to form anything besides sewer trials at level 20 - tried to assemble a posi thrice on Friday Night

If you want just that little bit more recharge:

Dump Assault and Vengeance and take Stealth and Quantum Acceleration. That allows you to slot one additional LotG in Stealth.

Another tweak I'd do: In Stamina, put in the Performance Shifter chance for +End proc and the Performance Shifter Endmod.

K i look over your build .. and what i would do different is!!! imho

Drop all those thunderstrikes and go with decimations or enthropic 5 slot, and a dmg proc or achilles. (achilles in eye and dmg proc in blast).

go with crushing impacts 5 slotted in radiant and i-strike.. plus a dmg proc in both.. drop boxing for either your the new pb flight power or for pulsar.. cause between radiant strike I-S and solar you dont really need boxing.. solar flare will help you with the minions while you clean up the mob.

Also if you take pulsar take 3 slots out of inner light and transfer them to pulsar for the recharge in stupify..

Lastly if you cant reach over 35% def outside of vengeance i would say drop some of the slots out of glowing touch.. and put them towards health and stamina.. also use performance shifter in stamina.. ehh well you really dont need it if you have perma light form and little bit of toggles.. so thats really up to you.

well with those changes you can def make light form perma.. with 100% recharge outside of hasten.. and also the only thing i mentioned that would be expensive is the decimation's. everything else there practically giving away on the market.

Oh I'm already at 5 LoTGs. The PF proc is not there just because I use an Endmod IO to simulate my recovery without it, although either way the build (for now at least, 20 DOs) doesn't seem very end intensive even with the two shields and Luminous Detonation (which I'm hating, not because of KB but low damage - despite the numbers being similar, looks like Proton Scatter is way better) - but the shields and Luminous will be dropped in the final build.

you dont need boxing you have kick for weave..

also yeah its a give or take with pb.. if you want something your letting go of something else.. my pb is built for hp and dmg.. but my recharge is low and my def is non existent.

But its up to how you want to play .. i think if you want the def and you can get it that.. at least 35% to really make it affective imho then i say eff recharge.. cause really on a a moderate build on recharge like mine my light form is down 25 sec the most in pve..

So i would go with your build tweaked for def and just heal up when that 25sec is going..

Also you can get barrier or rebirth to help you in that 25 sec.. give or take.

The slotting feels a little strange, but I like how it ended up. Shot for 20%+ defense to all positions, perma-Hasten, and perma-Light Form. You'd have to pop two small purples to softcap anything, but doing so would softcap everything. Combat Flight moves at over 40mph, which isn't bad for getting around inside instances. I'd recommend Clarion Destiny to deal with mez protection. Even fully-softcapped, mezzes have a way of being the lucky attack that gets through.

@Streetlight, great build! I'll do some tweaking based on yours, I want the heal and I'm really unimpressed by Luminous Detonation.

Good idea I never think about the incarnate stuff because I'm mostly playing lowbies. Since I'll only attain perma-LF at IO levels I might as well go Spiritual for recharge. Actually the value I shoot for is 32.5% def so I can softcap with 1 purple so almost 32% s/l is good for me.

And yes I need boxing and kick in case I keep this build, I don't have Tough.

For the record I'm actually liking Luminous detonation now. On SOs finally (altitis, tanker tuesday, beam rifle etc) and since Inner Light boosts my damage so often I'm finding it a great combo to start - Inner+Proton+Luminous, I may be having luck because I'm new to Champion so I can't say ' almost everyone is great there' (hope I can since I want it to be my new blueside home) but the players I teamed with so far were all very nice people and nobody seemed to even bother with the KB. Maybe after IOing I may keep just Proton and Solar Flare when I get it but for an exemplaring second build which I'll keep the s/l and e/ne shields it may be a good addition, I'm willing to turn her into my main toon on Champs. I was surprised when I got Incandescent, I was killing lts and bosses (orange/red) pretty fast with it and the other melee attack even at DO level on a Posi (just checked the numbers, more damage than scrapper's Eagle Claw, and about the same as Stalker's Midnight Grasp, wow). The only bad part was getting stunned, held and immobed at the same time by the Cot lol, I have CJ but it was turned off at the time, so it was kinda funny seeing three mezzes stacked on me.
