Nothing has changed with Dual Builds.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

On the other hand there is now a triple build that kicks in once you unlock your alpha slot as an incarnate.

That confused me for a long time too. I wish I could say that I figured it out myself, but someone had to point it out to me too.

So I feel like a newb but I'm wondering if dual builds are still basically the same setup as when they became available or have there been any adjustments, in particular does a second build still have no access to the original builds IOs?
