I feel sorry for the new players who are stuck with the help channel. I think it is ******** a temped to get freebies to witch to VIP. Why go to a hybrid model at all if free players get screwed? They should give free players broadcoast and local at least. Other wise being a free player absolutely sucks!

The problem with that would be that all the gold farmers and their endless supply of free accounts would also get access to broadcast and local as well.

Just for curious. Do we have any info how Freedom affected number of players and profit?
