River Rat

This badge is incredibly frustrating to try and get. As far as I can tell, I've visited all 19 locations necessary to get it. Is there anything I might be doing wrong that might result in me missing any badge credit, or are there any known bugs regarding the badge?

try to find the badge under explorations or in closest to completion and see how many you actually visited, a few of the locations are kind of awkward to get (such as the one which is supposed to be underneath a bridge thats sitting on top of the water)

I had my progress bar in view as I visited what I thought was every location, while checking both Vidiotmaps and ParagonWiki. I don't know what more I can do.

well if you havent gotten it yet, might have to go through and see which one your missing, i think i went through all 19 locations 2-3 times on my main to find the one that i was missing

The one that used to evade me was number 5 located on Nova map - I found that if I went under the bridge Imperial side it would complete the set. Worth a try unless you want to do the lot again.

It's a tricky one alright.
As mentioned above, the BEST method is to keep your badge window open and make sure the progress bar moves for each one before you move on to the next.

However I, like you, visited each location and didn't get the badge.. and it took me quite a while doing a little jig around each marker to finally complete the task.

Like Snow globe mentioned. Maybe you need to try hitting some of them from both sides of adjoining maps.

Also, I think if you rest your cursor over your progress bar, it tells you exactly how many you have.
