Claws/Invuln build, what do you think?
Not bad!
But really, if yer gonna spend the resources on FIVE panacea's, you should get the Glad 3 percent first. More bang for THAT buck.
Also, I would not take eviscerate OR shockwave: Spin is recharged in under three seconds, what do you NEED any other AOE for? You are an invuln, you WANT them right next to you.
Focus, followup, spin are your main attacks, and you are prolly fast enough to run just those three with an occasional lowby filler. But hey, if you want all those attacks, far be it from me to ruin your fun, and honestly, this toon will be a MONSTER.

Thanks for that mauk2. The extra Def makes the build you posted look awesome. Slight drop in recharge and accuracy, but I think I can deal with that.
On my Claws/Regen, I use Followup/Slash/Focus/Strike as an attack chain. I like Slash as it knocks down the targets defense a bit, and the four attacks link up seamlessly. My Claws/Regen only has 8% more recharge than the build you posted, so running my attack chain should work without any gaps while Hasten is active. Plus, knocking off some of my targets Def should make up for the bit of accuracy lost in the build you posted.
I don't know why, but I love the power Assault. I've got it in my Claws/Regen build, and I'm now considering it for my Claws/Invuln. Unstoppable (not Unyielding, silly Cheese!)... Do I really need it? Could I replace it with Assault, shove the Steadfast unique in Resist Physical Damage, and drop an End Reduction IO in Assault. I've moved a few other things around as well, hopefully for the better. Have a look, and tell me what you think.

I forgot to answer this earlier. I'm far too used to my Claws/Regen, and when I'm playing as him I use Shockwave to keep the damage I take down. Knock them down, they can't attack. I guess I'm using it on my Invuln just to get the set bonuses, but if I can fire it off and get the positioning right, I could use it to knock enemies into a corner and get them close together. Then i can then take full advantage of Invincibility. Bit of a crazy idea, but it could work.

I actually have both Shockwave and Evisc on my Claws/WP.
Shockwave I use just like Shane said, I shockwave the front of the mobs onto the back half of the spawn, run in, Follow up->Spin. Also, a lot of the Romans resist KB, so when I run the ITF on +2 or more, I dont send a ton flying, so its nice to have another AoE.
Evisc is just a set mule for Eradication for the extra defense, but its awesome defense for such a small slot usage.
I find that I don't really need Hasten for Claws, they recharge so fast that the 55ish% I got from other things was fine. But, I know there are people that can't live without it, so YMMV.
This? If end seems an issue, I'm happy carrying some blue insps.

First, always play what you like.
Second, claws is fast, a little less recharge will not hurt.
Third, you have invincibility and followup: A claw/inv hits what they're aiming at.
Fourth, on an invuln, you have a stellar taunt aura. All the positioning you need the bad guys will do for you as they cluster around for destruction.
Fifth, unlike a regen, you are safest buried in so many mobs you can't even see yourself any more. Spin is very likely to be heavily loaded if not saturated at all times.
On my claw/inv, which has not half this build, the only critical powers are spin and followup, to max my damage. Everything else is supporting those two, or keeping me alive, or fun.
Fun is important.
Gah, too much thinking involved in this! So, am I best having Spin in my attack chain?
