Post-I21 I've gotten normal-seeming insp drops on my 50s (I don't really play anything below 50 generally) -- meaning T1s, T2s and T3s in what (for me) has been "normal"-seeming frequency.

I haven't noticed a change on my main 50 or any of my alts at various levels.
No change on any of my characters (leveled two characters up to 20+, played a 45, and some others).
I'd say most likely just perception bias/a weird streak.

I haven't seen any difference.
Remember, like Kitsune says, perception bias remembers bad streaks more clearly than good streaks.

For me I hardly ever see large inspirations unless its an av kill at the early levels. Once I am above 20 or so I start to see large inspirations on boss kills.

VIP account (t7), what sort of chance should I have for any inspiration drop?
Reason I ask is on many of my lowbie characters insps drop as you'd expect. On many of my 20+s I either get virtually no t1 Insps or none at all. I do get some t2 and a few t3. Sorry not explaining this well.
That is on characters under level ~20 insps (seem to) drop as normal. Once I get them above that it's almost like t1 insps almost stop dropping. I noticed this last night. Hit 25 got the new storage (five extra slots) and over the course of two more levels I got 1 drop (t2 red). On my fifties I now buy insps with every contact as I know I'll not get enough insps in missions to do anything useful.
Ran hero stats during an UG trial, started with a tray of break frees (and bought more in mission) had 3 t3 insps drop, 8 t2 and 2 t1. Character was a level 50 +1 controller.
This is since the launch of i21. And apart from the UG trial I have not been running hero stats so this is I suppose anecdotal evidence. I might just be unlucky but it does appear to be a change somehow. Other I spoken to in game don't seem to be noticing it. :/
