Are you still a VIP member? only VIPs have access to incarnate powers, so if your not a VIP, you wouldn't be able to access the interface anymore.

Interfaces have not applied any debuff since the deployment of i21.
I bug reported it as well on the 19th to make sure it would come across.

Because Z is messing around with things. They're looking at having parts of the forum open for premium and or free players, but (a) Freedom hasn't quite started yet, and (b) they haven't set up a freemium section of the forum yet. Everyone posting right now is a VIP, regardless of name color. (Besides, almost everyone in this thread has a white name anyway)

the reactive DoT appears to still work (glad i went with that on 90% of my incarnates lol)

ahh well ty tri...cause i wasnt doing my tank lately with other toons to do...jumped on it last night and then it hit me.

i had a tier 4 100% -regen and 50% - toohit....yet neither seems to be hitting with my fire tank...between b.a. and burn ive never had an issue with seeing the debuffs since the -regen is fairly obvious.
even checked my combat logs and nothing ..im gonna bug it. but id thought id ask since its not really been talked about.
