Budget PC?? ($500ish)

Sorry I didnt link it for simple stupidity of not knowing how. Next time I will look for an answer as to how to do that before simply reposting in a suggested forum.
The person helping in the other forum suggested I link to my post over here because the actual tech people "hang out" here. And he/she had gotten to a point where they were unable to answer my naive questions.
