Base NPCs
A much requested item for bases. Possibly just behind off line SG invites and recipe storage.

This is a song about a super hero named Tony. Its called Tony's theme.

recipe storage would be a good way to trade recipes, but with the buyable storage upgrades if you get all 10 upgrades every toon you have will have +50 recipe slots, and if you maxed out the paragon rewards tree then you will have an additional +15 recipe slots on top of that, so a lvl 1 toon who hasnt gotten through tutorial yet could start with 56 recipe slots (a lvl 50 with all crafting badges too can have near 100 recipe slots)
as for the OP suggestion, yes it would be awesome for more base items that have funtionality (offline sg invites would be a plus too)
So in discussing RP, and using AE Arcs, and all that to further stories, a cool idea was born, Base NPCs.
Simply put, players would redeem it as an account rewards, and would design them like custom AE models that are categorized at Person. They get no dialog or powers, just an outfit, a name, and maybe an emote(readbook, at ease, etc, etc).
Base designers can buy placeable objects called 'NPC location' and put them anywhere in the base that they'd like.
Much like placing personal items, individual players can then choose to place an NPC in any free location in their base.
Anyone else think this sounds like a great idea?
