Playing in Windowed mode or Fullscreen?

Windowed
Change your screen resolution in CoH so it's smaller than your actual screen size. Then windowed mode will be smaller.

So I21 came out and my CoH window got bigger and this is how I see it on my screen:
I am unable to see the loading bar and need to move my bottom trays up so I can see everything. I've tried the Screen size option but it seems to just make things worse.
Any solutions?
