The IDF set is free to VIPs, but must be purchased by free/premium players.
Not sure exactly how VIP-to-free transitions work on costumes, though. Would assume you'd keep the pieces, but then not be able to alter the costume with those pieces if you stop paying your monthly fee.

I was told by one person that it was included with Going Rogue(previous purchase), but it sounds like that is wrong despite VIPs getting Going Rogue free while subbed.
I kind of like the pieces, but I have to really like them to justify a purchase, however small.

The IDF Costume set is new with I21/Freedom, it wasn't part of GR.

I have the IDF costume available on my account, but it is also in the paragon market.
Does the IDF costume come with Goign Rogue?
Is it free with a subscription?
Will I keep it if I downgrade to premium?
I'm not sure why I have it, but I hope I get to keep it.
