Is there an end date on the Roman costume bundle? Do we know? If not, any educated guesses?

NEW STUFFS FOR TUESDAY!

Super Pack 1: Heroes and Villains! We can haz them! They're available in the market now at 80PP per single pack, or available in bundles of 12 for 840PP (70 per) or bundles of 24 for 1440PP (60 per).

Additionally, Super Packs will be available in bundles of 5 for 1 Paragon Reward Token at Tier 9 of the Paragon Rewards table, for those of us (myself included) who have a bunch of leftover Reward Tokens with no interest in the other repeatable rewards. This is not on the live servers at the time of this post.

Here's a link to all the nifty stuff you can get inside these Super Packs:

For sales, we've got Costume Change Tokens for 20PP, or 50% off the normal price. Enhancement Boosters are also on sale for 25% off their normal prices--5 for 150PP (30 per), 30 for 675PP (23 per) or 90 for 1350 (15 per).

EDIT: Spreadsheet and OP have been updated.

Tuesday again! New Stuffs day!

Today, we get the Alignment Change Tokens added to the market. Using one will allow you to instantly change your character from Hero/Vigilante to Villain, or Villain/Rogue to Hero without having to do any tip missions or wait for the tip cooldown periods. They cost 800 Paragon Points apiece. I'm going to refrain from commenting about that price here...

Additionally, Signature Story Arc 1: Episode #6 is available today! What new twist awaits us in the ongoing "Who Will Die?" story arc?

For sales, we've got the Going Rogue Alignment System for 900PP and Character Rename Tokens for 600PP--25% off their normal prices.

Additionally, the Rare IO sets are back in the store (and have actually been for a few weeks). From what I understand, this is a trial--there's still a bit of debate within the development team whether this will be a permanent addition to the Paragon Market or not. If you want any, grab them while they're here!

EDIT: Spreadsheet and OP have been updated. Night peeps!

Tuesday again... that means it's New Stuffs Day!

This week, we get the new Imperial Dynasty costume set, with 25 new costume items and one new sword (usable with the Broadsword, Dual Blades and Katana power sets). Individual items and prices are as follows:

For sales, we've got 25% off of extra costume slots 6-10--remember, these are global, not per character. The extra costume slots are normally 800PP and are on sale for 600PP for the next week.

Additionally, Costume Change Tokens are on sale for 75% off, and are now 10PP.

EDIT: OP has been updated, spreadsheet was already done earlier tonight (minus the prices). Much as I'd like to go to bed, my roommate broke her toilet right as I finished updating, and I had to fix it and clean up the mess, and now my PJs are soaked with toilet water and need to be washed...

Just a head's up, my work schedule for the next two days sucks. I have to cover the midnight release of ME3 tonight and then turn around and open the store tomorrow morning. On top of that, I'm getting over a minor case of food poisoning from this weekend, so I find myself needing a lot of sleep...

It will likely be Wednesday before I get the chance to add the new store updates to this thread or the spreadsheet. I apologize for the inconvenience.

You misunderstood me. I'm working part time at GameStop until I can find another full time tech job in my area. It's surprisingly difficult to find something at the intermediate level--there are plenty of entry level and management level positions available, but I'm over/under qualified for them. And I can't afford certifications without a job, so I get passed over when there are intermediate positions open.

Anywho, there are a few other things that are being added to the store in a little over an hour. Ghost Falcon confirmed that the following Attuned IO sets will be added to the market tonight at midnight PST:
Quote:
· Commanding Presence
· Edict of the Master
· Sovereign Right
· Call to Arms
· Expedient Reinforcement
· Neuronic Shutdown
· Ghost Widow’s Embrace
· Lockdown
· Debilitative Action
· Trap of the Hunter
· Unspeakable Terror
· Glimpse of the Abyss
· Performance Shifter
· Theft of Essence
· Dark Watcher’s Despair
· Touch of the Nictus
As I said, I'll provide full details of all the new Paragon Market releases when I'm conscious enough to do so... possibly tomorrow afternoon, likely sometime on Wednesday.

Cool, they're on sale again! (Wonder why they skipped LotG for the sales, though?)

Note that these have actually been in the market for most of last month as part of an extended trial, and may be a permanent addition if they perform well.

Thanks for posting this update, Snow Globe. I'll get the info on the OP as soon as I can.

I tend not to pay attention to the enhancements.

No problem. I was more than a bit tired and I didn't want to mess up your spreadsheet by accident or I'd have updated that as well.

Don't sweat it, I appreciate that there are people around who will take up any amount of slack while I'm unable to. (As for being tired... between food poisoning on Sunday night and the 2½ hours of sleep last night, I know how that goes. )

EDIT: Good LORD that was a lot of IOs on sale. OP and spreadsheet are updated. Please let me know if anybody catches any mistakes.

I figured it was something like that. You should convince them that *** Effect isn't squat, and that you should be focusing on CoH and selling it to customers.

Most GameStop customers are console gamers--have you seen the half-shelf that most of the stores relegate to PC games?

But of course I DO bring up CoH any time someone asks about MMOs.

Nevermind below this line...someone "nabbed" your spreadsheet and made oen of their own that looks EXACTLY like yours on the surface...but does not update theirs as timely as you do.

I have no idea who maintains this spreadsheet ("City of Heroes Freedom: Paragon Market - with sources"), but if you see this post, please update it!
--------------------------------

As seen in this thread: http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showthread.php?t=285612

You've got transfer tokens at 1600pp ($20). They're actually 800pp ($10). Yikes!

You also don't have any of the Darkness powers (Control, 800pp; Assault, 400pp; Affinity, 400pp) or the Flying Disc (250pp).

No worries, that's actually the spreadsheet that Snow Globe, Zombie Man and I were working on together during the i21 beta. Nobody "stole" it.

I appreciate you bringing it to my attention, though. I went in and put a couple of lines on top of the old spreadsheet to let people know about the new one.

I try not to go into a GameStop if I don't have to. I feel my IQ drop as I walk through the door, and hear the drivel on the in-store TVs.

Speaking of that, I need to go buy something from GameStop, so I can get another survey, and complain about that. Last time, I complained about tell me, "Welcome to GameStop!" when I entered, because I damn well know where I am, thank you, and now they no longer do it.

Yurp. St. Patrick's Day is this coming Saturday, so tomorrow is the only possible release date to have it out in time.

Tell me about it. At least once every shift, I find myself standing there, jaw agape, at the idiocy that just poured out of what's-her-face's mouth. "She has absolutely no idea what she just said," I will exclaim to whomever is standing next to me. Some of the crap she's been saying about Max Payne 3 is just mind-boggling.

My store is still required to do so. It's also something that most retail places and restaurants do. There are actually plenty of people out there who will get angry and feel ignored if they aren't greeted and will walk out within a minute or two of coming in.

Generally, most people complain about us having to push the membership card, replacement plans and preorders. But again, we're required to do it. It's our version "would you like fries with that?" and we have to say it if we want to keep collecting paychecks.

By the way, I just found this out yesterday... if you take a survey and don't give at least a 9 out of 10 on the "would you recommend this store to your friends" question, the store manager gets yelled at by the DM. Le sigh.

It's Tuesday again, aka NEW STUFFS DAY!

Today, as pointed out in the last couple posts, we get the Leprechaun Pet for 800PP. It's a special non-combat pet that emits an aura that increases the influence your character gains by 10% when he's close by. He can NOT be targeted or damaged by enemies, just like the other non-combat pets. The Leprechaun Pet is only available in the Paragon Market until March 31, 2012.

As Snow Globe points out in the post below this, the Olympian Guard costume pieces were also added to the store today. These costume items are FREE to VIPs, but can be purchased by Free/Premium players at the rates listed in his post.

For sales, we've got the other non-combat pets at 25% off! The Vanguard MVAS vanity pet is on sale for 263PP and the German Shepherd pet is on sale for 375PP. Windfall temporary powers are also on sale at 25% off.

EDIT: OP and spreadsheet have been updated.
