If you're worried about your earned unused veteran respecs being "lost" you don't have to. All our current rewards will be available in the new Paragon Rewards system, becoming available at about the same time.
When you login you'll be given a paragon rewards screen with an amount of tokens available equal to your current vetstatus, with what you already have earned already accounted for and filled with tokens.

I know I do not have USE the respecs now, but do I need to 'Claim' them from the badge screen. That is my question. I do not normally claim them until they are needed.
it's not a bad idea to clam the vetSpecs, unfortunately this means you're no longer going to be able to claim multiples of the base items.

No you don't need to claim them they will appear in your email account rewards tab.
This will mean that your email button will be red all the time :<.
My email button has been red since gleemail - I keep one blank email in there for each account, so that I just have to hit reply to send items/inf to myself
