Collector's Edition Capes not selectable for Males anymore

Just checking the costume creator and I no longer have access to any of the Collector's Edition capes for Males. Can anyone else verify?

Aren't there only 2 "Collector's Edition" capes? One from the CoH CE (Cape of the Four Winds) and one from the CoV CE (cape w/ Arachnos symbol)?

They're both showing up for me on male characters. They're not selectable from level 1 like the capes purchased as part of special packs, but they're definitely there for me on male characters who have capes unlocked.

They haven't been available for me in years. I started the game with the CoV CE box near the end of Issue 6, and had the cape. It disappeared sometime after applying the code for Good Vs Evil. I don't know exactly when. I only used it on 1 character, so never noticed it until I wanted to change her costume. Decided I didn't care enough to report it.

I'll check in a few hours and see if it's there again.

Nevermind...it's back. It's even back on the character who had it originally and lost it.
