Good question.
According to the Issue 18 overview it says level 35-50. But looking around I saw a few threads that said lower levels could do it (but advised against it).

I don't recall the minimum level, but I do recall that it is set stupidly low. If you're at the minimum level, you're pretty much dead weight - like bringing someone to a mothership raid who is still using DO's.

question is: what's its range level? I know, CoP has been around for quite some time, and I've also played it a few times, but never noticed lvl, I used to play on 50s and now some returning players are back one of them asked me about it because in paragonwiki it says 10-50, but I've been told it's 35+ so already said... what's its range level?
