New concept character MA/SR please critic
1) Wait for Street Justice to be released.
2) If you insist on MA, you'll want to be able to chain SK-CS-SK-CAK as the highest DPS chain. You can search for the recharge etc required. Generally you'll also want Body pool for conserve power and physical perfection
I think MA best fits my concept so have to stick with that. The other thing I am not sure is if it is worth getting my defence to 59 which I heard is the Itrials softcap. This mean I would have to slot for touch of death and makos bite instead of crushing impact which will reduce my overall recharge quite a bit. I do have 1 gladiator +3 def which I can slot to him as well.
I am also in two minds whether to have crane kick as I love the look and knockback but it is surplus to requirement for this build.

It's like if I wanted to use my feet while typing up this post with my hands. I can tap on the floor, I can flail my legs around, but it won't make me type any faster as I use my hands for that, not my feet. Different areas of the body for different tasks, just like there's different areas of the brain for different tasks.
Up until we can augment our brains all Deus Ex like with computer processors, anyway, and that should be pretty soon because video games always tell the truth.
I would put the Hecatomb set in Storm Kick, as it's the attack you'd want to use the most - so the proc goes off more often.
I like building for the incarnate softcap on SRs, although I don't sweat it if I'm a few % away especially on AOE def. I feel the recharge loss to be minimal, but then again I also feel recharge to be overrated beyond a certain point (about 50%, 60%, 70% global recharge + Hasten does the trick for me) so I may not be the best person to listen about this.
Thanks for the feedback guys I was starting to think people were sick of reviewing MA/SR builds. I should explain a bit more what I am looking for - basically I am looking to make a Chr that I can stick with and happy to throw all my saved up Inf on and play through incarnate and beyond. So I want this Chr to be able to handle most things in game from AVs to Itrials. I understand that Shield would probably be a better option due to the damage bonus and shield charge for extra AOE but I just like the concept of a guy with superior intellect that can fully control the functions of his body to the extremes of human limit.
I actually worked on a new build based on further reading on the forum so would like the experts if anything I can improve on further. This build has slight lower Def ML/RG/AE 48/47/48 but more hitpoints around 1963 which I think would help my survivability more. The cost of this is more use of Shield Wall which I know is very expensive so might take time to get. I got the SW + 3 resistance but I am not sure if worth slotting it here which very limited resistance.
Any feedback on this build would be welcome but ideally I would like to squeeze more defence, regen hitpoints or recharge without reducing anything else from here. I have some generic slotting on things like focus chi which probably could be improved with a set but not sure which one. Also what Alpha/Incarnate abilities should I aim for for this build? I was thinking Musculature but not sure.

honestly though why would anyone build for anything higher then 45%def is beyond me...you get plenty of team buffs
I will presume the lack of feedback of my latest build is that everyone thinks its awesome and needs little improvement.
However, I have found one glaring problem is that it does not have any ranged attack to deal with runners which can get annoying. To stay within theme the only choice I can really take is weapon mastery but reading through the various threads it seems a really weak APP. Does anyone have any experience with Weapon Mastery and is it really that bad?
I have created a new build to include WM without losing any stat and gaining + 15% recharge due to Purples. Please crtique:

I built my DM/SR to have 48% defense with Maneuvers running. This puts me in range to incarnate softcap with a small luck in the absence of team buffs and so far I haven't really had to worry about it for most things. He only has the Alpha level shift, too.
Just something to think about since you're wanting to include Lead toggles into your build.
As far as your most recently posted build goes, I like all of the numbers for it except your net endurance gain. I feel like you're going to be chugging blues often >.>

I may have missed a post stating why you have not taken Hasten but if you were to take it, it would be almost perma with 2 slots. This would give you enough recharge to run the top attack chain of SK-CAK-SK-CS-repeat. I would either drop Eagle's Claw and use the spares to fully slot your attack chain powers or drop Tactics and move the spare slots to Focus Chi so you can still have the Gaussian IO set bonus.

I did not take hasten because of themactic reasons. I thought with the global recharge I have I could run the top attack chain - am I wrong?

I watched limitless last night and also a big fan of Watchmen so it inspired me to make a character that can access 100% of his brain and therefore has enhanced human abilities and of course brilliant intelligence. This is what I came up with so far but I am sure it can be improved upon so I asking the experts of the forum to help me improve it.
Money is not a problem as I have over 10 Billion Inf saved. The only pool powers I am insisting on Leadership (brilliant mind), Medicine (gadgets he built) and fighting (enhanced physical attributes). However if anyone come up with a better idea then I dont mind changing.
