DP/Kin - Build Feedback
My live build has similar power picks so I'll just go ahead and post mine. I hope it gives you some ideas/pointers.

I picked up Tough just because I had room for it really and I don't have many endurance troubles. Being a Kin and focusing on AoE I didn't really feel the need to take ES. Switching out the Enzymes will still cap you, but only by 0.02% Other than that, it's not too expensive (Around 1 Bill I'd say with smart bidding).

I never really used it much on my Fire/Kin Controller or my Rad/Kin Corr. Sure the -dmg was nice on AVs but it isn't game changing for me and FS damage caps me consistently. All my kins are very clickly/power intensive too.

I recently started up a DP/Kin and have been thinking of what I want to do with it at 50. Since I'm mostly broke (and more than a little lazy) I'll be working towards picking up the pieces as I go.
Anyway, here's the build I've got so far. Going primarily for +Recharge and S/L defence. I just threw it together, so I'm still working on it. It's a bit of a mess in places so any advice would be appreciated.
