Burn gives FA an advantage that cannot be rivaled by any other secondary for farming. Point 2 will always elude you, as a result.
As for point one try slotting in as much defense as you can and then pick up Darkest Night from the soul mastery pool. Doing so adds a lot of survival capacity to any elec.
edit: Ah. Noticed you said FA/SS tanker. I'm guessing the answer is still 'not going to rival it', but it might be closer.

so if i was to try to "out-farm" a FA/SS tank as a brute i would "have to go fire armor + something?
SS/FA is the BEST farmer in the game bcuz of rage it blows everything else away EXCEPT for fire melee that is the most dmging however it is a spiker that is what mkes it lack and how SS will alway beat it SS just cuz of rage has more tohit if you can make a FA/FM tank / brute build that has more to hit and dmg well GL pal you best bet is the FA/FM to come close to FA/SS

i have a lvl 50 SS/elec armor brute i am very happy with his dmg output but on occasion i find my survivabilty to not be as good as i had hoped. i am wanting to try and make it as (if not more) effective as a Fire A/SS tank in farms any suggestions?
