How long should I wait on a support ticket before following up?

A maximum of three days. Support requests are closed three days after last contact.
You can go into your list of previous support tickets and update a ticket to open it back up.

I'm not sure a support ticket will help. Beta is entirely up to the developers, it's not a regular supported product, and customer support is unlikely to have any scripts or information to help you out.
Unless you were told to submit a ticket by like Zwill or Beastyle to address some issue, I think you're better of posting about the problem in the beta discussion forums.

Hello. Basically the issue is the I want to get into Beta and take a shot at finding undiscovered bugs. I submitted a support ticket last thursday and did receive a response saying they were looking into it. But still cannot log in to Beta.
Now, having explained the issue, I am aware that:
.I am not the only one having this issue.
.This issue has to be corrected manually.
.Beta access is a BONUS and not strictly included in my subscription.
I just am not sure what amount of time I should wait before sending a polite reminder.
