They are saying there will be a big announcement(s) at PAX and I expect one will be a launch date for issue 21.

Oh man, YES! they most certainly must release it by Sept 30th or even October 1st! Thats when my subcription ends, and not only that, but my Sibling's i've paid for too THAT WOULD BE PERFECT TIMING! 
Well this way we will be able to cleanly see the effect of subscription and boosters from subscription and Paragon Market.
This also means that Freedom will escape into the wild whether or not it's ready sooner than later.
