Something is Failing

As of late, whenever I play the game, it slugs along. Then something started on Saturday, which I found strange.

I loaded up live, when to click a toon to level up, and it didn't display. What happened, I call it rendering, it rendered (loaded) the toon layer by layer.

Now, here is my question:

Video card failure? SSD failure? (I have CoX on its own drive, beta, test, and live).

I don't know if its video card failure since Civilization 5 plays fine with DirectX 11, even though the GTX 260 isn't supported on DirectX 11.

Then tonight, trying to patch test, its getting stuck on patching .pigg/?!? files where I have to cancel the update, and start the NCsoft launcher again. (on file 31/80 piggs/sound2.pigg- About 45mins remaining)

Thanks for the input, idea(s), and thoughts!

Civ 5 may well use DirectX, but the graphics engine for CoH uses OpenGL.

You may want to download FurMark to test the OpenGL calls to your video card.

If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Downloading and installing now!

Does the program give results for one to look at or do I post it somewhere and let someone tell me what it says?

Basically it's a video card torture test written to use OpenGL. Review sites use Furmark to test out maximum power draw and heat production.
