VEAT Costume bug

I asked for it several times in different threads, but after talking to Beastyle in game yesterday, i decided to make my own thread regarding this.

I asked several times if they could give the VEAT outfit glowing eyes.
I know that the Huntsman has this, but my Crab Spider doesn't. I haven't checked Bane Spiders.

Beastyle was in game on our server, and i asked him about it. The best part, we had a Huntsman with glowing eyes next to me, asking for Female VEAT outfits. Even Beastyle thought it was odd that my eyes were not glowing.

So, i hereby ask Tunnelrat to PLEASE fix my eyes.
I really don't care if they are the regular red glow, my secondary color glow, or even a special option to have it colored separately, say a 3rd color option for the eyes.

Also an option to have more than just one VEAT outfit would be nice.
I love that outfit, and was hoping i could have more than just one color of it.

Let's see what the rest of the people think regarding this.

i think only huntsman and bane spiders have the glowing eyes, even NPC crab spiders do not have glowing eyes, i do not know if it was intended that way but thats how its been as long as i can remember

I double checked, and yes, the NPC Crab Spiders have red glowing eyes.

I'd certainly appreciate getting the glowing eyes added. If my first costume is dictated* to be the NPC outfit, at least make it complete!



*Note: I have no problem with the lore or having the NPC costume, I just want consistency.

I even checked the Arachnos Lore Bane, and EVEN he has glowing eyes.
I also asked around on my home server, and people didn't notice it without me telling them, bit they too think it's unfair and want it fixed.
The outfit is just not complete without the glowing eyes.

Please, Tunnel Rat or anyone out there, could you please make our outfits complete, drop your two cents in this post or explain to us why we can not have glowing eyes?

Also, could the female Soldiers have a female VEAT outfit, and not just the Huntsman outfit, a regular VEAT (Crab/Bane) outfit. In times like these, we still have a form of discrimination against a female in uniform? :P

They know about the backpack thing - it's a tech limitation unfortunately. The costume can't discriminate between builds.

The eyes thing is better servered in Noble Savage's "All things art" thread.

Well, ignore the stuff about the female Crab, it's just user error.

Great pictures regarding what SHOULD be possible to do with VEAT armor.

Also, BaB's reply regarding this issue dated in 2009, yes 2009!, that it's impossible to get glowing eyes on Crab/Bane helmets is, well, silly.
Huntsman Soldiers have glowing eyes in their helmets, no matter the size. So if it's possible with those helmets, it's possible with the CRab/Bane helmets too.
