Where do I crae ft Alpha Slot enhancement?

Above the power trays, there are a few clickable areas, such as "Powers" "Inspirations" and "Enhancements."
Click on the "Powers" option. At the top of that window there is an "Incarnate Abilities" button. Click on that, and it'll bring up the window that you need.

As a shortcut, you can also type the following command, or bind it to a key or macro it:
/toggle incarnate
Main Hero: Chad Gulzow-Man (Victory) 50, 1396 Badges
Main Villain: Evil Gulzow-Man (Victory) 50, 1193 Badges
Mission Architect arcs: Doctor Brainstorm's An Experiment Gone Awry, Arc ID 2093

Once in that window there will be a few tabs. The first one shows you the incarnate slots and is where you will "slot" crafted abilities. Click on the slot and a list of the crafted abilities will show up on the right hand side. Some have a cooldown between slotting them which I believe is 5 min.
The second tab will show you what is needed to craft these and you can find info about the ability by right clicking on them in that window, even uncrafted ones.
The third tab lets you convert/build/downgrade/sidegrade components to make the stuff you need.

I've read the guides and it must be so obvious that no one mentioned it, but where do I go to change my Shards into components and then get the recipe to craft my 1st Alpha Slot enhancement?
