Call up your police radio (talk to a detective if you don't have one), do a few missions, then a safeguard, and you should be introduced to a new contact.

When you say "crossed to the blue side" do you mean all the way over to hero, or just able to get to the blue side as a rogue? Rogues can join hero teams but cannot get hero contacts, although they can lead tfs and tip missions.
If you do mean hero, than SpaceNut's advice is correct.
Ok, So i crossed my brute over to blue side for a while now. The problem is I cant seem to get any contacts on blue side. Everytime I go to a contact they tell me to go see Dark Watcher but when I see him he says he has nothing else for me. Is there no way to get access to contacts on blue side like Tina McIntyre, etc...? What am i doing wrong here?
