The city of heroes launcher has been discontinued. You have to download the NCsoft launcher here to launch the game now.

Additionally check your account page, make sure your email address is up to date, and make sure any spam blocker you use won't trash email from NCSoft. They did warn us months ago this would happen.

Re: NCSoft Newsletters all the ones I have received lately have broken formatting and links to NCSofts Korean webpage so just useless. Yes I have reported it to CS. Yes the links are broken on both the mail website and my email program.
I try to check the forums everyday to stay on top of things if I didn't, I wouldn't know anything coming down the pike.
