Epic Crab Time?
Few things that stand out actually.
First your over a rule of 5 for a regen bonus like 3 times, start by taking the extra slot outta combat training: defensive and stealth just leave the lotg in there. Second on both your assaults your way over slotted 3 end reductions each? only need 1. Now yoiu have 4 extra slots I would put one recharge reduction each in Call reinforcements and summon blaster try to get them closer to perma, Still have a few extra slots left to do with what you want.
Did you even check the totals? My pets are already perma. >.>

We discussed a bit yesterday, but looking closer at this, here are a few suggestions:
-Take out the 2 extra end redux from each of the assaults as Lucky mentioned above.
-4 slots to work with..I'd put at least the Miracle +Recovery proc in health and a slot of end mod in Stamina (Put p shifter if you want the small set bonus)
-2 slots, I'd proc the pets with the two +DEF buffs: Call to Arms and Edict of the Master. This grants them +10% defense to everything...nothing to sneeze at.
-If you manage to free up 2 more slots, give them the +RES ones too, which gives a total of +20% RES to everything.
I'll mess with mids later and let you know what I find

I have neither the math skills nor the inclination to do the calculations to verify this, but I'm pretty sure that means your non-Spiderling pets are not perma at all.
Additionally, you have made some very questionable slotting choices (wildly overslotting endred in both Assaults, violating the rule of 5, avoiding damage procs, fiving Reactive Armour in Fortification when you don't even appear to be attempting to softcap). You've devoted some slots in your build to defense, but you're short of the softcap to all but R, and you're over the cap for that. You seem to be building for positionals, but then you four-slot Enfeebled Op for the 2.5% S/L bonus. You've build heavily for regen bonuses, and yet your regen isn't very good. Your global recharge is OK, but not great.
Basically, your build seems kind of unfocused. Pick something you want to be good at, and make yourself good at it.
Are you building for ST damage? Then you should probably be using gun attacks.
Softcapped defense to all? You're way off.
Solely Ranged defense through hoverblasting? Well, okay, but you need Hover.
Want your defense to come to the softcap with a single Luck? Fine, then build to 32.5%. Going over at the expense of your other functions is pointless.
Pets? Only one of your pet squads is perma.
AOE damage? Then you should probably take Leviathan, you only have two AOEs.
If you can manage to be good at 2-3 things, that's cool, but make sure you get one down well before you start building for something else.
That build has the Musculature Alpha instead of Spiritual. With Spiritual they are Perma but with Musculature they aren't. I am assuming that choice was unintentional.
Also as others have said, your end drain and recovery are way out of balance - you will only get a few shots off before you find yourself detoggling and you aren't defense capped. Not being defense capped or at least very close to it as a Crab is a crime against nature when they get it so easy.
I am going to post my build, it is very similar with the maximum pets. I went Leviathan for the toxic damage synergy with Venom Grenade and the extra aoe potential though.
I think my build is a good place to start and tweak to your own personal style from there:

I'm really building so that I can just abuse Venom and Suppression in an endless loop, as combined with those 2, along with Reactive, plus my pets all also benifitting from Reactive, I should be able to melt away pretty much everything before they even get the chance to get close to me. Granted, I do want a few single target that way I'm not completely useless against some AV's such as Maraduer in trials, which is why I went with Channelgun and Shatter, although I'm realizing now that the redraw is incredibly terrible.
I had originally gone Mako for the Bile Spray, but even though the damage is nice, the animation for it is too long and gets in the way of my Venom/Suppresion loop. At the moment, I am thinking of going Soul Mastery for the High DoT from Gloom along with the -ACC, that way I can cycle Venom/Suppression for groups and Channelgun/Gloom for AV's and still have Soul Tentacles for initiating groups with an Immob.
As for the post above me, I never have been much of a fan of mixing and matching sets like that for bonuses that I'll hardly ever see used, such as XP Debt Reduction and Movement Speed boost. In fact, I just don't like sets like Aegis AT ALL.
Edit: Here's a new build with Spiritual. With Barrier off, I think I have softcapped defense, keeping in mind that I have the Arachnos Widow giving me the 5% global defense from Mind Link, but they're Lore so they're not always going to be up. In addition, Hasten is just barely perma and the Blasters are 4 seconds away from being perma, which is acceptable to me. If Endurance also turns out to be a problem, I can always just switch Barrier back to Ageless. Any suggestions here?
Keep in mind that I'm well aware purples can make this better, but I'm trying to keep my build under 1b as I'm not a farmer and I'm not loaded.
