SS/WP Build Help
This is my current live build. I went with Energy Mastery so I dont have to worry about endurance. If your keen on Hasten you can swap it for something. The kinetic combats weren't as hard to aquire as I thought and help with the softcap. I initially had combat jumping in there but didnt like the animation. I found that rage and fury gave enough damage to only warrant attacks at 4/5 slots and freed up slots for other tasty set bonuses.

I've played around a little with your revised build and come up with something that might serve you better.
Higher defence across the board, better health & higher overall end recovery - while it looks like a higher end use initially that's mainly due to the Focused Accuracy.
Global recharge is slightly lower but it shouldn't really affect you. At the least it should give you a couple different ideas to play with ^-^

Is it really worth it to slot things like Stam with the End Mod sets? Ive been flip flopping on it in my mind cant decide.
Focused accuracy is almost 100% wasted on a SS using rage.
On a WP, you can probably get away with only putting the Perf Shif %+end if your quick recovery is slotted. QR gives a bigger boost than stamina anyways.
Focused acc can be useful if you're going up against +4s or something along those lines as rage has a noticeable downtime on that build.
The QR/stam sets can also be pretty useful - if nothing else the added HP from the set bonuses is always a bonus. Saying that, however, pulling 2 off stamina and adding one to Haymaker and KO blow respectively (mako acc/dam & acc/end/rech instead of the quad) wouldn't hurt in the slightest.

In all seriousness, that build sacrifices way too much to get to S/L soft cap.
Tweaked it a bit.
I switched kick for air sup to clear up a power pool pick and dropped FA for hasten. I stole a slot from stamina to put a Gaussian's Tohit/Rech in rage.
Keeps the S/L soft cap, perma rage, and foot stomp recharges over 2 seconds faster most of the time because of hasten.

Now, I would -very- much like to improve upon this.
Here are the two major issues
Defense. It's currently at 23%. I can soft cap briefly if I pop an accolade, and I can -feel- the difference. It's like being invincible.
I'd to boost my survivability if at all possible, and the soft cap seems like a fine way to do it.
Recovery. For whatever reason, I still find myself running out of Endurance if I don't pop Ageless every so often. I don't think I can fix that anymore than I have, though. It's just a side effect of multiple rage and hasten crashes.
I think I have around 300-400 million. More if I pawn off the used IOs. I can also make more influence fairly easily now.
So, what should I do?
