As I said, this doesn't mean anything other than they have some weird system for sending out emails, because nearly every email I get from them comes twice. They can't all be from incompetent office workers trying to get them back, or accidentally hitting the button twice or whatever.

I think I can count the number of emails I've gotten 1 of in the last 3 years, on one hand.

This is just from getting newsletters.

Aion was affected by a bug a while back on their forums, though, where people could post something, hit "send," then find themselves in a totally different part of the forums, sometimes under someone else's account. (And they could get the info from it/alter it, if they wanted... and if it didn't kick them back out.) I don't actually recall any problems from this (other than a week, possibly more, of saying "Hey, this would PROBABLY be a good idea to FIX, ya think?") though.

But that's been a good while ago. I'm fairly sure the account issue was GW.

GW's problem was having was with their Master Accounts. It was discovered that you could type in your own login and password and you were occasionally given access to another players account instead of your own. So hackers just sat back and repeatedly logged into and out of their accounts until they got access to someone elses account.
