Pocket Mods - the "armchair quarterbacks" of forum moderation. They browbeat posters with forum rules instead of using the Report button.
Going Commando - Turning off all your defensive powers' toggles when running very low on Endurance - hoping you'll survive with just your Hit Points and your "Always On" powers...

On that note, it's not uncommon in my playgroup for a character (especially tankers) to go through a couple of spawns before someone notices they forgot to put their pants (toggles) on.
