Thinking either Barrier or the one that protects you from Mez.. I dont want the one that heals.. and I have enough recharge and recovery as well.

The hard things I can do--- The impossible just take a little bit longer.

If numbers are so much more important than a teammate who is fun to play with, forget about the game altogether and go play with a calculator instead. -Claws and Effect-

if your fine on end and dont want heals, then i would prolly go with the mez protection

capped resist/def dont do jack for you if a baddy pops a mez off on you before or while you activate the power and if the mez duration is long enough then the barrier can wear out before you un mez especially if its a sleep or one of malta stuns

that suggestion is if you do a lot of soloing, if you team more than you solo then barrier is prolly a better choice since most likely there will be someone else on the team who has mez protection, but for this case i say that either would work fine

I took the mez protection one. It's true that a Destiny slot is a really high price to pay for a perma-breakfree (esp. since IDF are not very mez-heavy), but I found that being able to ignore mez and just focus on survival made me play a lot more effectively. The QoL improvement is really significant.

Think it depends on your build and how your running the toon.

Having a AR Device which is very comparable to your set I went Hover blaster with range defense cap. I do get mezzed but since mobs are limited now to ranged attacks I can either break free or eventually the mezz wears off and I can kill the offending mob. I went with the heal since that is what I lacked. I needed a nice solid heal to get me by when many attacks sneaked in past my defenses.

I run on a steady 3/8 setting generally so I have more issues with damage getting through then mezz issues.

If your playing a semi standard aid self build with trip mine then I can see or understand the mezz protection since your on the floor and being mezzed can be disastrous.

As a hover blaster I have the advantage of limiting the high dps range attacks to certain mobs which are usually boss types and those types of mobs are limited within a group of mobs.

Until RoA recharges in 12 seconds, you never have enough recharge.

TBH, I'd think Rebirth would likely be best. The big heal every two minutes on top of a gob of regen that works great in combo with Caltrops and Explosive Arrow is hard to walk away from, likely much better mitigation than Barrier will give.

Do you get mezzed a lot? Do you find you just cannot carry enough break frees to get you through most stuff? If mez is a common problem, get Clarion. Otherwise, I guess go Barrier.

Why Blasters? Empathy Sucks.
So, you want to be Mental?
What the hell? Let's buff defenders.
Tactics are for those who do not have a big enough hammer. Wisdom is knowing how big your hammer is.

Depends on your build, but clarion is usually your best bet, especially if you are running any kind of aura or blapping.

Personally I went with Rebirth on my AR/Dev and have not regretted it at all. My second choice would almost certainly be Clarion though so in your case I'd got for that.
