You might get more help over at the Tech Issues & bugs board; read through the [Guide] Asking for technical help on the forums. sticky and post your CoH Helper and HijackThis reports. That should give them enough information to diagnose your problems.
However, off the top of my head, are your graphics drivers up to date? Side Note; I have heard that the newest ATI drivers aren't being too friendly with the game and many have recommended rolling back to earlier drivers (I think 11.5 and 11.2, but I'm not positive on the numbers, I'd wait for confirmation on that before acting on my advice about Drivers)...

To answer your question, yes.
I'm sure in my case it has to do with memory; as this doesn't happen in the beginning, but always at the end of whatever event I'm doing, whether it be MSR or a tf team fighting the AV.
The tech forums can be helpful, but they can also leave you with more questions than answers.

I'm crashing often (avg 1 per 2 hours or so) from out of memory errors on my WinXP desktop with 4gb of ram. I haven't had a single memory related crash on my Vista laptop with 3gb of ram.
My brother and I, who play from different locations, have been crashing a lot since the new content has been brought in. We TF a lot so it is a pain to be fighting the last AV and then get DC'd. Also now there are new error messages about Pigg files and a crash that makes the loading screen look like an 8 bit game. Any of this happening to you guys?
