Posted this in player questions...but the experts are here.

Can more than one tornado be out at a time...if given enough recharge?

Yes the chaos would be horrible...but hilarios until the objective boss was blown through a wall and no longer targetable...

Thanks

Oh yes you can, same for Lightning Storm.

It doesn't take a lot of recharge to get fairly regular multi-nado's. If memory serves, the +95% that 3 so's will get you gets it nigh-perma, and the obligatory 3-slot hasten means you're running around with an extra +70% at least half the time.

Schenanigans can ensue merrily for the majority of your tornado summons.

If you're feeling incredibly frisky, take Whirlwind and Waterspout, and spin to win.

Storm doesn't have -regen. I wonder if the damage from Lightning Storm and Tornado can make up for it?

I understand it's hard to do the full damage with tornado as it knocks and chases the mobs but when you solo an AV (who isn't going to be knocked by tornado), do they add a lot of damage in the end?

What's left is to normalize all Assassin Strikes and improve Stalker's old sets (Claw, MA and EM)! You don't need to bring back the missing PbAoE attack. You just need to make the existing ones better! For example, make Slice a WIDER and LONGER cone.

The -30% restance from sleet (not to mention to -20% resistance proc) would go a long way toward the no regen.

And Im going to use a couple slots in Tornado to mule the pet uniques to toughen them up a bit...unless someone can convince me they dont help gremlins that much...

4 sets of uniques do help.

Something you might want to consider...
If you're playing Earth/, Electric/, Fire/, Ice/, or Plant/, your AoE immobilize will also have a -knockback component that will allow your Tornado to float on and chew apart anything you hit with that combo. If that's the case you might want to consider not totally muling tornado for uniques and instead getting it at least some decent enhanced values.

Code:
I24 Proc Chance = (Enhanced Recharge + Activation Time) * (Current PPM * 1.25) / 60*(1 + .75*(.15*Radius - 0.011*Radius*(360-Arc)/30))
Single Target Radius = 0. AoE Non-Cone Arc = 360.

Electrics AOE Immob does not have a -knockback component (so it behaves with Jolting Chain I'd guess). So it won't play ideally with Tornado in terms of keeping things in place while Tornado gnaws on them.

The single target immob does have -knockback however.

Really? I did not know that, thank you.
