You can dismiss tips just like any mission. They disappear forever, unless they drop for you again. If you're asking about an alignment mission, you can dismiss them as well. If you're asking about both alignment missions, I've had both drop for me while full-up on hero tips.

Hmm. It seems you don't need to unlock Vincent or Lorenz to work with them. Good to know. Still. Gonna have to roll a new character come Freedom, it seems.

1. Keep killing dudes. Eventually the other morality mission will drop. Then when you complete that mission, the other mission disappears.
