Account Locked

I am posting on behalf of my friend, who recently upgraded a trial account with the Going Rogue Collectors Edition. After adding a form of payment, he received an e-mail telling him that his account would be cancelled after his current month from the Collectors Edition runs out, however it is not telling him that his account has been locked and he cannot access it in any way on the website, although he can still access the game just fine.

Any solutions would be greatly appreciated.

This is why the support website makes you have a separate support account.

Go to NCSoft.com, and click on support. Then Login/Register.

Knowledge base, Ask A Question.

In fact, here's the signup URL

Is his account really "locked?" Because NC Soft has recent increased the security on their website. You have to supply your special question now in addition to your password and a few other things. So he might be locked out because he forgot his question/answer.

You'll probably need the support account anyway if he can't remember it. Support can recover a forgotten account.

All of that being said, it's nothing the players can help with except offer advice. This is something your friend will need to contact support about.

Aside from using the normal Ask a Question section of the support site, there are 2 other options for contacting them.

Email support at support@ncsoft.com or call them. The phone numbers are below:

From within the US: 1-512-225-6359
From outside the US: (++1) 512-225-6359
Mon-Fri
12pm to 5pm, Central

If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.
