I got a couple of them too. All I can figure is that the relate to my retired second account and my expired NA account.

Unless there is a second master account tied to my husbands email (Yeah I read it so what?) I think it's for accounts that expired previously but no one checked is they were active again.
On the other hand there are 2 accounts and one email so that 2nd master account thing....
I haven't gotten it for my second account.
That account in a master account as well. With a separate email address.
I'll keep watching my email however, free time is free time.
