Sometime about the third time Marauder decided to show me how clean they keep the floors in Praetoria up close, I decided there was probably something wrong with my build. So I sat around in Mid's for a while, piecing together a setup I think will help me keep from meeting mr. floor quite as often. Critiques and suggestions are always appreciated!

Keep in mind, I avoided using too many purple IOs and likewise Hami goos as I'm not exactly a major group/GM runner. Just the occasional quick trial or what have you.

Interesting build First off I take it that you have the vet badge where you can take SS with out either hast or flurry? There is nothing wrong with that if you do. Me personally would switch the numina ++ to either health or Quick Healing since they are both active all the time, but that is just me, just like I would of taken hasten so i can get my recharge up there.

i played around with the build. I didnt really make any improvments apart from more recharge and about 130 hp more. your just under 2800 hp in this build. I also got rid of that Purple and replaced it for a Erad. I lost you 3% def to F/C aswell. Im not sure if you will like it or not? You had an alright build there as is i just tried to get you some more HP and recharge

Thanks for the info! I hadn't thought to focus in on regen (even though that seems to be Willpower's big thing.) Thanks for the tip, I always love hearing suggestions and the like for my builds.

And yes, I'm up to the point of not needing to choose a first power from a travel set to access the second power. It's quite handy in circumstances like this (Although I do miss hasten sometimes.)

I bring up this post because i'm looking at the various willpower builds to try to gain useful ideas,and i've noticed something strange number-wise. When i open untoldhero's build the totals window shows me an over 1000% regen value,600% of it coming from rise to the challenge only,where all the others builds i've observed have an average total regen value of around 700%. But rise to the challenge is well slotted into all examples,there doesn't seem to be SO much diffrence between them.....so why the discrepancy?

Very simple he added the +reg to the build which most ppl would either put it in an auto or not at all. That would probably do it.

He has RTTC set to ten foes in range.

Also, accolades are prolly off, I show 1150 regen and 157 hp/sec, with SLEN softcapped and FC damn near.

The price he pays is terrible attack slotting. The accuracy is....poor. With level shifts it's probably adequate, and as a TANK, that build is a MONSTER.

I'd prolly try to harvest a slot or two and add some mako quads to a couple attacks, at a minimum to bash.

Silly me,that little option escaped my notice until now. Nice to know.....it also means i have to reconsider some choices i've made,since i had the 3 weaker attacks slotted with only 4 kinetic combats too. I have 34% global acc bonus,a level shift and focused accuracy,but more chance to hit is always good
