So after my initial live build was posted up, I got several suggestion and started messing around with the slotting/powers and enhancments. I have come up with a build that surpasses my previous one with very little change. Tell me what you think of it..

First thing I saw was not much res, and second thing I saw is that your end use is more then your recovery.

Use 2 cytos in weave/maneuvers and don't toggle on tough. Will it balance out with the lack of endmod in EA? Not sure...

EDIT: And pack blues for tanking AVs without extra mobs.
