Changes to Propel and Wormhole

I keep hearing complaints about how Gravity could use a buff, and since my only control-centric character that isn't a Gravity user is an Illusion user I don't have much to compare it to, so I'll take the complainers' word for it and say it could use a buff... but only a minor one, seriously, I love Gravity.

1. I think Propel is fine on controllers, at least the ones that aren't Kinetics, because chucking damage everywhere isn't one of the Controller's purposes - but on Dominators, it is flatly awful, since their entire secondary is about throwing damage everywhere and Propel is therefore completely obsoleted for them. However, because I like being Darth Vader in that one scene from Empire Strikes Back, I keep taking it anyway even though it is BAD. Can Dominators get a quicker-animating version of Propel, maybe one that lacks the whole "summon the object" half of the animation and has the object appear during the "throw" phase instead? This would make Propel worth taking as a Dominator, and while I know it's not like Doms really need another blast power, speeding up its animation would at least make it feel like a viable option and everyone likes options.

2. Wormhole is currently way too likely to get the user killed, because not every map has corners you can hide behind while it's activating. Can the stun be applied at the beginning of the animation instead of the end, so as not to subject the user to a nasty alpha strike? Otherwise Wormhole is great, I just would like to be able to use it on big outdoor maps and inside those large, open areas you see in some caves without dying.

Grav's animation times (and effect application) need a look over, in general. But of all the powers, I've had more enemies die from teammates (or old age) while using Propel than anything else. I don't even tend to take it on my doms, as much as the power *can* be amusing.

Propel is trash on an IOed Controller as well. It is easily among the worst attack powers in the game due to its animation time. It's not just that you could use those 3.5 seconds to stack other attacks up to equal or higher value, but that it's 3.5 seconds you're rooted and committed to that one action. This is why straight up DPA measurement doesn't tell the full story (Energy Melee is in a similar but slightly less dire situation).

Unfortunately, for me anyway. Propel has such a cool animation and graphic that I have to use it.

For the time it takes Propel to animate ... it might as well be a Snipe power with a 150ft range and an Interrupt time.

NO ... I'm not joking.

The only thing that Wormhole needs to have done with it is to change the property "Notify Mobs" from "Always" to the much more *useful* "Never" ... and the Retribution Strike problem with this power would be completely solved IN ONE EASY EDIT.
